  By the way, we made an offer on one of our other deals that if any retailer had a better price than us on this then we'd offer someone $88.88 to buy 200 of them and then we'd sell them all on here for $1 less than what they bought them for! Nobody took us up on the offer, but that is not surprising. It was me who made the offer and I was confident that no other seller would be as competitive as sellingoutsoon.com.au for the official Australian version, brand new and factory-sealed. Well, it turned out I was both right and wrong. There was no stock at any decent scale, just 9 copies Australia-wide in stores that had stock that now looks like they could have been returns/shop soiled (but we're not saying they're used) simply because when our external consultant tried to buy them, they magically all became faulty, scratched, without boxes, and other excuses.         @first in line: That sounds about right for 3 to 7 day dispatch. Off-peak is only necessary during our warehouse's busiest times. This happens more often when we sell something for nearly free, like this one!

        But if you really want to be first in line, and effectively jump the queue, simply choose Priority in checkout, because it's waaaay fast, and comes with bonus insurance and tracking, plus a signature at both ends for your added safety. We recommend Priority + tracking but also respect that it is important to give buyers a choice wherever possible.

  Just to let everyone know… You would have all gotten your emails saying your items are shipping. Warehouse has confirmed now (in writing) that manifest is complete, meaning Australia Post has accepted all into its delivery network and items should be well on the way, even for off-peak orders.     Chill man, As stated previously in this thread SOS has a lax processing time for free shipping orders.
    It probably took them a few days to get it shipped out then australia post has to do their thing (NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT 3–7 business days, SA, TAS & WA 4–8 business days, NT 5–9 business days). If you don't see it a a few days after that time frame then I'd start to worry.

    For some reason you seem to have some negative responses because of the slow cheap shipping.
    I personally don't care what speed it comes to me as long as it's cheap.
    I recommend for your next listings to put in the listings that if you choose the free off-peak shipping option to expect a slow processing time (internal) and shipping speed (Australia post). Hopefully that should clear up some confusion and cause you less problems.

  I received my game yesterday.I have read your explanation of the reasons behind the delay.
  It seems that Australia Post was not the cause of the delay, but your ability to pick and pack the games in a reasonable amount of time.
  I just hoped for better service. For reference I purchased a power bank from Mushtato last week.
  It was picked and packed within 2 hours of the order being placed and arrived the next day.
  Scaregdearimasu makes a good point, maybe you should suggest shipping times with your future posts so people are know what to expect.
  Anyway, I got the game, its no big issue, just a little disappointing.

    Hi Poldy :) As far as delivery delays, none that we know of. Everything seems to be working according to the service level you chose (which, I assume was free, off-peak). Please note: there is a very big difference between off-peak and Priority. Australia Post downplays it, but in our experience the difference is quite variable. That's why every item we sell has a clear and distinct Availability section, so you know what to expect in terms of delivery times, for each service offered. That way, you get a choice of how fast you get your item.
