Cool Daylight LED Philips or Osram E27, B22, and GU10

Hi all,

I am trying to find cool daylight LEDs, prefer Philips or Osram brand. Previously used halogen, I bought LEDs from ebay, but the quality are very poor. They were not bright enough (as claimed), died very quickly. I am willing to spend a bit more with trusted brands like Philips and Osrams.

GU10 Cool Daylight LEDs are quite hard to find and very expensive. For Edison/Bayonet, easier to find, but still consider rare and expensive.

Could Ozbargainers here recommend any webstore or physical store to get buy good brands like Philips/Osram for cool daylight LEDs?
