Account Restricted for Security - Shipito

I purchased an item from Amazon and the item is currently sitting with Shipito. My account with shipito has business address but when I paid for shipping via PayPal, the home address was selected by default and I forgot to change it to reflect work address.

My account was immediately put on hold and I have now been asked to provide ID copies and Utility bill to verify the address and identify. I am happy to provide these documents however I am concerned about its misuse.

Has anyone deal with this freight forwarding company and will you please share your experience on the similar issue?

    i don't think refusing to ship to an address which doesn't match your paypal account is wrong …

    Shipitto has been around for 5+ years. They're the first shipping forwarder I'd ever heard about and if they were truly shady/dodgy they probably wouldn't have lasted this long.

    On the other hand there are a LOT of really bad reviews (e.g. here and here) so if you can get your money back it might be easier to just abandon ship.
