Ive never seen them ever make a coffee, however they also dont look like they've ever been cleaned, but are somehow dirty.
Like KFC krusha areas, always dirty, never used.
Yeah, fairly sure 'Barista quality' requires a 'barista' - not just a machine…
Why is this deal marked 'freebie'? Did I miss the memo that $2 is now 'free'? Does this mean I should stop picking up abandoned 5c pieces?
I think it is just badly worded. The image shows free. I am guessing $2 is the regular price.

This should be regarded as false advertising. McCafe also goes on about having Baristas. Having a 15 year old kid pressing the crappucino button on an automatic machine is not "barista".
The one time I did get a coffee at McCafe, it took the girl 10 minutes to make because she didn't know which button to press so she had to ask around. When I eventually got my coffee it was just milk, turns out the beans hopper was empty.
Actually, I have been there and they do have a proper coffee machine, not one of those automatic button ones!
Went to Subway at Oxley. Paid 2.50 for Coffee and they made it from one of those Cheapo POD Machines :(
