Applied and got approved for the Naz Amex cc offer 50k points. Question I have is how do I access the Amex offers on my iPhone I.e. What app do I use. I have downloaded one called Amex but it won't let me login using the login details I have used on the Amex website. Do I need to activate offers to use them. ?
This is the correct instructions for setting up ANZ Rewards (reward points for spending on ANZ credit cards). However I read the OP's thread as meaning the AMEX offers that are regularly featured on OzBargain.
how do I access the Amex offers
Go to AMEX Connect (this is an AMEX website) and register your card there first. Then you will see the offers in the boxes below. Click on the box for any offer you want and then click "Save to card". That's it.
When new offers come through if they are highlighted on OzBargain (usually where I see them first) then go to the AMEX Connect website again and a new box will be there that you can save to your card.
AFAIK there is no app for AMEX offers. It's all website driven. You can bookmark the AMEX Connect website or pin it to your home screen like an app.
The AMEX app allows Amex-supplied cardholders to view and save AMEX connect offers. This along with all the banking functions for the credit card.
I have the android app but i suspect it's also available for apple users.

I currently have an ANZ Awards Platinum AMEX + Visa, and from my experience, your rewards are all offered through the ANZ Rewards page, rather than the American Express awards page.
If you read the information page on the ANZ website you should be able to navigate to the ANZ Rewards website and register your card to start claiming awards / tracking points.
