    Wow heavy

Thought 3.1kilo like the $899 one

  • is this also available for Costco in QLD ?

    • Yes, saw it at North lakes a couple of weeks ago

  • So approx this is 20-25kgs suitcase but remove 5 kgs due to its own weight and u can have 15-20kgs.

Hard ones are usually more heavy. I have been looking at lightweight well built ones.

    • This is actually lightweight poly-carbonate exactly what you're thinking of.

It's not "hardside" style like the Oyster. OP is trying to describe it accurately when he says hardbody but I can see where the confusion lies.

OP maybe remove the word "hard".

  • I bought this off amazon about two years ago. Very good suitcase. Strong and durable.

  • I looked at this a couple of weeks ago. Definitely a good price, but too heavy for my liking.

  • These Hartmann luggage are extremely light if you can afford it. 2.8kgs.

They're pretty ugly for a Samsonite.

There is also a two pack with carry on size for a similar price, also ugly though.

    • Each to their own, but I didn't hate it. Looks better IRL. Not as nice as some other samsonites though

    • There is also a two pack with carry on size for a similar price, also ugly though.

is this it? although that one was posted back in nov it seems.. can anybody figure out the model please? would like to know the weights

or is it this one from the states?

      • It might have actually been both of them. Very light.

        • Just checked. It is in fact the Ombre (the one from the states). $219.99. 10.9 lbs is almost 5 kgs.. Heavy lol

        • @CVonV:

That would have to be for both

        • @LoopyLou:

It's not. On the packaging it says 10.9 and 6.6 lbs. Even on the product details of the link.
