I've been trying unsucessfully to purchase a gift card for my sister & her family who live in the US. In the past, I could login to Target.com and buy her a gift card, however keep getting "access denied". Yesterday I purchased Walmart gift cards, first i tried by visa, then i tried my paypal, however Walmart then cancels with following message "We're sorry your order was canceled. We have many security checks in place to help prevent unauthorized use of your credit or debit card. We take your security very seriously and it appears that at this time your method of payment did not pass all of our checks".
Can anyone give any tips ?

Just a thought….maybe you can buy a prepaid VISA or Mastercard? Also more versatile as can be used anywhere.
Log on to the US VISA or Mastercard site……
