Looking to Buy Land in The West (Melbourne)

Hi All,

I am looking to buy a land in the west - approx size 400-450 Sq m. Pricing $200,000- $220,000 approx.
I don't live close by so don't know much about the area. I have been to various estates and got the info.
(college Green, Little Green, Rothwell, Bethany park, Westbrook, Heartlands, The Gateway, Allura, Bellevue, Habitat, Riverdale, Etc)
I need your help to select one. So if you can please share your knowledge and/or any comments on which estate would I go with and why that will be appreciated?

    Westbrook as it is near to the newly opened Traneit station.

    Best value for money land in the west is to be found in Bacchus Marsh.Lots of blocks from $100K to $140K. Or nice big blocks (up to an acre) for around $200K! Before you say it is too far west, consider that it sits on the Western Freeway and also has a train connection. Good selection of schools, a hospital,an efficient local bus service, good supermarket competition including Aldi, etc. In Tarneit, the land is very expensive, there's little infrastructure and the road congestion is an absolute nightmare!!
