I should vhange title to clothings alteration. Seems like what im looking for.
I recommend Amy Alteration in Darling Street Balmain. Found this guy through a Living Social promo. Did an excellent job for a rock bottom price. Very friendly Filipino guy. Not St George area I know but finding a good alteration place is hard.

That was a joke by the way, but such business name may exist in Sydney.
You probably more interested in clothing alteration places rather than a full fledge tailor. Probably cost $20-$50 to alter and trim to your size.
A full fledge tailor can custom made a suit set for you, price range depends on the material you choose. Places I have seen normally starts from $500.
