NBN ISP Recommendations - Moorebank NSW 2170

Will be moving into a house shortly that is NBN enabled.

I want the following:

  1. Speed: 100/40
  2. Quota: 1TB+, prefer unlimited
  3. Contract: 12 months Max, prefer no contract.

I've compared Optus, TPG, activ8me and Devoted (Big Telco through to small operator) and its a toss up between TPG and Devoted in terms of value for money.

Is there anyone with personal experience with these ISPs or a way I can check what their service standards are?

Any info or factors I haven't considered would be appreciated :)

    Just don't go with Exetel - they randomly terminate people's services.

    TPG is fine for me. Their service standards could use a little more, but overall I'm 80% happy with them.

    TPG is fine for me. But you need to be able to support yourself.

    I have been using Devoted since late Feb this year. I found their network performance quite stable and their customer service has been good. They have an official discussion forum on whirlpool forum which is good for updates from time to time. They have a referral program as well. PM me if you need more info.
