  • How many candles is this 3W LED equivalent to?

    • Depends on what type of candles. If you want the romantic dimmed effect without the dimming this might be for you.

      • Roman candles.

      • Answer is 270 lm = 21 candlepower.

  • The "Features" are a bit confusing

    First you list Input Voltage:DC12V

    Then

The Voltage range is AC 180-240V. This LED Ball Bulb can satisfy a wider voltage.

I'm guessing the DC is the right one by the MR16 fitting.

    • Also the picture of actual item is a GU5.3 base but the description of the features states it's a E27 base, confusing.

Garbage bulbs. Really. Have 'em, hate 'em. They have a high defect rate too.

    • What's wrong with them? I have a load of the GU5.3 type ones in my rental place that are dying and don't want to spend $15ea for replacements from Coles et al.. Have you got any other cheap alternatives you recommend?

      • +1

Aldi ones are often half price on clearance. I got a few for 3.99. New stock is 6.49 and should be reduced soon.
Else keep an eye out at Bunnings where you can easily find them for around that price every now and then. mR16 is becoming obsolete and can only be found on old light fittings.
