I bought a TV via Ozbargain in 2012. (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/72870)
Was told at the time I'd never get a TV of that spec under $1000 by Dicksmith employees, but this site saved the day for me, lol.
Anyway, as I have relied heavily on Foxtel, I never bothered to alter the TV to be able to change to Australian region and thus play Australian free to air channels. As said in the topic, with the old, old firmware you could use a Harmony remote to alter it, but with the newer firmware this is disabled. I've let my TV auto update itself for years now :/
Is there anyway I can change it now? Or is it stuck in European regions? The TV has given me many a hour of great usage anyway, but I'm moving out of home, and can't justify the cost of Foxtel.

Otherwise perhaps just get a cheap set top box and hide it behind the TV, then get a universal remote to control it
