Borderlands 2 Game of the Year addition (includes all DLC content, but the Head hunter DLC) is USD$8 only on AMAZON US, much cheaper than on Steam (USD$17.59).
Checked the CD keys sites and this is even cheaper than them. probably wont last too long.
**must use US Address to purchase AND US credit card it seems

      The playable Vault Hunters in Borderlands 1 are NPC in Borderlands 2 and there are a few recurring characters.

      Theres a setting to load save data from borderlands 1. You get some kind of loyalty bonus or something

  Anyone successfully bought it? I can't, tried using a US address and my 28degrees card. Didn't work, my order got cancelled by amazon.

        @kei: speaking from personal experience Ive never had a problem and I know about 5 other people that use g2play that have also never had a problem, but if you are worried by all means use it.

  Just an FYI - the GOTY edition does not contain all of the DLC.

  You'll still be missing the Headhunter DLC packs.

      Is there such a thing as the complete edition? I have been holding off buying it for this exact reason.
      also do you know if borderland 1 GOTY includes all the DLCs? I am a completest and want to have it all :(

        Not officially, but MacGameStore does sell a complete edition which they put together themselves. It includes 7 separate keys that need to be activated on Steam to get all the content included.

        It includes all DLC except for the head/skin packs so it's actually not really complete, but all the important stuff is there. Goes on sale for $10 USD every so often.

        I saw another site a while back selling a "Complete Bundle", but I think it only included the headhunter packs so best to avoid that one as it's nowhere even close to being complete.
