    This is bullshit. It was available when I checked out and my credit card was billed. then I got this from HT:
    "We will need to dispatch out of our business centre and this will incur revised freight charge of $ 12.64

    Please advise via return email if you accept the revised freight charge"

      Last clearance orde I had with HT took them a day for them to reply to an email that it was sold out (after paying), and the item stayed on the site for another few days after.

        They have a pathetic system.

            @POWERevolution: Actually quite different, they rarely do price mistakes and have been good enough to let me have a few ;) its people that run these stores unlike dell (robots, i know but they seem like it)

            wouldnt it be good if we were all replaced by robots eh

            i would say the major problem is the catalouge and the online system which you may be suprised will change in time. althoug whingeing about will actually help if you actually have some evidence then by all means voice it here so the peps@HT can understand the issue

    BTW if you missed the $11 one you might be interested in the $28 one http://www.ht.com.au/part/X0683-Belkin-Slim-Back-Pack-Notebo… a little bit more but still a pretty good deal IMO (personally I like the colouring of this one better)
