AMEX card recently acquired after OzB post has attracted attractive targeted Target offer... (heads up)

This is evidently a targeted offer (hence I’m not posting it as a ‘deal’), which I was offered after logging in to the account associated with the new AMEX card I acquired based on this OzB post:

https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/196626

The offer is $15 refunded (statement credit) for a $30 spend at target online. Click-n-collect is free if your purchase is $40 or more, so this offer can make for some quite cheap acquisitions, particularly if you shop from the SALE bit of the website.

Please note, I am not suggesting that if you apply for one of these cards now you will then be eligible-for or offered this offer; You probably won’t. But I am suggesting that anyone else who acquired that card back then and also shops at Target may wish to log-in/ check the “offers” bit of their account page, to see if they’ve been offered it too. Only 5000 up for grabs apparently, so obviously pretty ‘keenly’ targeted.

The details made available to me as I accepted the offer were:

I went for a $49 dual-core Pendo (down to a grand total of 34 clams after the statement-cred), and chucked in one lot of the '5 pairs of infant socks' currently knocked down from $7 to $3; just cause I need them. Well, I don't personally need them, but you know what I mean.

Happy trails
