Have used Optus tickets to purchase Hoyts tickets for ages but seems today I login and can't get the hoyts tickets emailed.

I can see 'email voucher' and 'post voucher' as options. I think the last time I used it it instantly produced a link where you could open the vouchers in the browser, but it also got emailed. Did you purchase it but the email didn't/hasn't come through? It's usually instant for me but once it took a few hours.
