So I preordered Batman Arkham Knight, but only the regular edition as I figured Target etc will put it out at a low price, EB will have to match
My theory was that because they labelled the Special Edition as 'EB Exclusive' (even though we all know each store has a special edition that's almost identical), that if for example JB's special edition released at a low price EB wouldn't have to match it.
Can anyone confirm if my theory was correct??

The EB Exclusive Special Edition comes with all the DLC you would have gotten from buying a collectors edition of Arkham Knight, which is why it's an EB exclusive.
I don't really understand your question though, because if you pre-ordered a regular edition, then of course you can price match the regular edition from Target, why bring up the special edition?
