do you need to have played addition, subtraction and multiplication to play this game?

    • +4

It's recommended you start with Brackets, then Indices.

Pipboy on one arm, this watch on the other. Damn, I'm gonna look so cool in public.

Throw in a google glass and you have the "bash me" trifecta!

Slightly off topic but we really need to stop pre-ordering games.
The publishers will get the devs to strip out content from the game to make it "exclusive" and then charge extra for the content that was already going to be in the game in the first place.
Yes, this pre-order contains a bunch of stuff which could be worth the extra money but a lot of other pre-orders do nothing but line the pockets of the publishers.
    /end rant

this is a very cynical cash in too… a rubbish china plastic watch? an armband that you cant realistically use?

      $170 for that cheap shit?

oh its ubisoft… say no more

      • On top of that $170 for the privilege of using Uplay… F*** that

There is nothing wrong with pre ordering indie/non AAA games, sometimes if you don't you can miss out on an edition here or there. The only answer to micro transactions and day 1 dlc is just not to buy the game. Whether you pre order or buy at launch some games are the same regardless

Plus, only suckers buy Ubisoft CE at launch, wait for a decrease post launch…

    • Exactly, pre-orders empower the developer/publisher instead of the consumer

I love ubisoft and especially tom clancy games, but ive learned the hard way that they are slways in tge bargain bin after a coiple of months… eyes expensive splinter cell collectors edition preorders

    • :3 Ha. I bought Splinter Cell on Wii-U for 10 dollars retail and I haven't even played it.

  • Well i know for sure heroes of might and magic will ddrop in price but I still orddered it anyway. Used my 20% off coupon from uplay points for it. Ordered both syndicate and heroes, i wish they announcedd this sooner so I could use the coupon together.

  • Yeah looking at the Assassins Creed CE's and Farcry CE's dramatic drop in price 5 or 6 months onwards, i'll be waiting with this one.

    • Not to mention that Watch Dogs was 12 bucks on the steam sale.

      • $12 for the Collectors Edition? Mad.

        • Nah. Just the regular edition. I used to buy all the collectors editions for things, but then I realized I could live without paying 40 extra for a blimp and a poster, lol.

Though I did pay $100 for Dark Souls with the Artbook, Making-of DVD, and soundtrack…. and never even looked at any of them!

        • 40 extra for a blimp and a poster

For an extra $30 (assuming you're referencing GTA 5), you could of gotten the collectors box, steelcase, money bag with lock & key, collectors cap. Not all Collectors Edition are 'cheap plastic sh!t'. Watch Dogs, however disappointing it was, had a great collectors edition.

        • @Dagmar: Yeah, I was talking about GTA5. I know a heap of people who pre-ordered the PS3/Xbox360 version, and went to EB to get it on Day 1 for $120. Just the regular edition.

I, on the other hand, also bought it on Day 1 on PS3, from the Big W right across the street for $78 :3

I do like my cool Doom 3 metal case though, so sometimes you just gotta go CE lol.

sigh…when will people learn to stop pre-ordering

    • +1

Its rebranded to 'early access' now but Ubisoft hasn't caught up yet

  • +2

Ubisoft has delayed this…… Remember the last thing they delayed?

    http://www.metacritic.com/game/pc/watch-dogs

Probably don't pre-order this one, guys. At least not yet.

    • Remember the last thing they delayed?

Watch Dogs was a 6 month delay. The Division will be a 16 month delay after the original release was slated for end of 2014.

Probably don't pre-order this one, guys. At least not yet.

Pre-order after the Collectors Editions are sold out!
