On Ebay, these guys are probably you're best bet. It's the D855 international model so it'll work with all networks in Aus. It also has pretty quick shipping as they're based in Sydney. Only downside is that it costs $450 so it's not super cheap.

However, you can purchase the phone through Kogan's eBay store for $430 and with a $50 eBay gift card to use in July, only shipping will take 1-2 weeks and will be here around the 10th of July.

Not aware of any. Australia seems to mainly sell the 16GB model, 32GB seems the main benefit of getting a grey import but might not get here by your date. I did see one through staticice.com.au this morning that said delivery within 5-7 days, can't recall but might have been topbuy?
