How can you watch Catchup TV on Chromecast?

How can you watch Catchup TV on Chromecast?
I got one a week ago and I can get ABC because iView has a 'Cast to Chromecast' option, but how about Channel 7 or Channel 9 or SBS?

Has anyone worked out a solution?

I have found some apps which allow you to send a video link to your chromecast, but if you try to do this with Channel 7, it doesn't work and the phone/tablet tries to force you to instal PLUS7.

    Go to the whatever channels website via your phone's browser (Chrome). You should see a cast button on the video. I've tried it on Nine & Ten and worked well. Not sure about Seven.

    Alternatively on a PC, go to Chrome and cast the tab.

        That worked awesome, neil, thanks. The problem was I was using the stock browser on my phone/tablet, which wasn't chrome. Chrome worked a treat. Thanks for the tip.
