Great price, I purchased one of these a couple of months ago and it has been great this winter. I used to get very dry eyes being inside with the heater on but now they are fine. I also use it in the babies room when she sleeps with the night light on, it is perfect, not too bright.

    • I got a heater in my room too. I get dry lips, eyes and skin every morning when I woke up.

  • Check on eBay, you can get these for like $35. There's also much nicer designs available.

    • From what I've found they're also smaller in size, which means they hold less water and won't last as long through the night.

      • No I mean you can literally get the same looking humidifier for that price.

        • Yeah and that's my point, they may look the same but they're smaller. Take this one for example: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/121617671867, it's 1.3L compared to the Medescan which is 2.8L and hence will last more than twice as long.

  • Have 2 at home (Vicks and TAV) and are indispensable. Use it all the time especially during winter. It provides moisture and warmth.
