I dont see the harm of giving it a try. If the account doesn't work you should be able to get a refund through ebay and I assume ebay wouldnt allow illegal listings on their site. It seems to be 8 months worth for supposedly 3 years! I wonder how you would claim for this say 2 years down the track. Hopefully the seller doesnt disappear…I will keep you updated on how I go :D

you are basicly paying for the login details. the life of the account is basicly till spotify bans the account as the logins would be given to those who buy (multiple users on one account) obviously not allowed by spotify.
