I use these guys, have used them for ages.
Always happy to help and polite.
My 1300 number redirects to their 'receptionist' during work hours.Outside of work hours I use a voice to email based service to avoid having to answer work related calls at all hours of the night.

It may depend on how many calls you are expecting per month?
Been using a virtual office for 18 months using their address, secretarial service and real office. Very professional. Reasonable price.
Alternatively, use answering machine. Telstra or some service provider will send you the voicemails via email live.
