Threadless Sale - Funky T-Shirts for $10 USD!

Hey guys, wanted to share this with you, but was pretty sure it wouldn't count as a main page submission, as it's a US based online retailer, but here it is:

[Threadless](http://www.threadless.com?streetteam=lunchy "Threadless - Nude no more!") is an online retailer which sells tees and hoodies based on user-submitted and rated designs. Their shirts are usually $15, but until 16 December, they are on sale at $10. Hoodies and "Select Tees" are also $5 off retail price.

I've pretty much been buying all my tees online for the last 2 years. I find the options in bricks-and-mortar shops to be very brand-centric and generic. The thing I like about online stores is they tend to sell more unique designs, and also, since buying shirts online has not become very common yet, you're even more likely to get a shirt that really stands out.

For those wondering about shipping: From Threadless, 1 tee will cost $8.23 via USPS global shipping (up to 3 weeks). 2 tees = $11.45 standard, $15.60 express. Can't say from recent experience what the cost is like from there, but ordered a pack of 5 last year, standard shipping was $20.

Bottom line is, for bargain hunters, buying tees from the US is much cheaper than buying domestically. Usually with the right coupon codes and sales, I can get tees delivered for well under $20 aussie. Think about what "fashion tees" cost in the shops and you're looking at anything from $40 to $60.

[Threadless](http://www.threadless.com?streetteam=lunchy "Threadless - Nude no more!") is one of my faves (along with Oddica) because they have a huge range, updated with 5 designs weekly now, I think, and they do great designs at a good price. If you don't like the Froot of the Loom shirts, they print their "Select" range on American Apparel — also check out Oddica, who use AA, but have a smaller selection of designs and are a little pricier.

However, Oddica is having a sale at the moment too. 1 tee for $20, 2 for $34 and 3 for $45. At Oddica, you can also use the code: shiftedsound to get a further 5% discount. When you're going through the order process it won't apply the discount to the shipping cost, but when the order was confirmed the last 2 times I used it, it discounted the sum cost, including shipping!
