Doesn't has to be Hi Gloss material anything which is durable, contemporary etc
Hate those designs (imo), just for the reason that I'd constantly be smashing my shins on the corners lol
Had a look at Gumtree etc? I know it's not ideal but it might open up your options. Personally have a 2nd hand one with a leather/padded headboard - makes it a lot more comfy if you don't mind watching tv in bed :)
