Hi,
I want to do my tax using etax this year. I want to use the auto fill feature to load in interest and shared dividends as well as my health fund rebate.
How long do I need to wait to have all the details available ?

Early August is your best bet.
Alot of companies aim for mid-July to have everything to the ATO but many of the smaller building societies and employers take a bit longer.
Autofill is a good way to minimise the risk of an audit. That way you account for everything they already know anyway. I would never do my tax without using auto fill. It's a shame you need to wait until August if you are expecting some cash back, but what can you do. I always put everything I know in there but you remove the chance of forgetting some interest from some account or a casual job you only had for a few days.
