So im hosting a 21st Birthday next week and i have a few cider drinkers coming along. (Mostly girls) Do i just buy a case of say: https://www.danmurphys.com.au/product/DM_773901/endless-gipp… or do i buy a mix of Rekorderlig cider (3x 1 flavour, 3x 1 flavour, 3x 1 flavour, 3x 1 flavour, 3x 1 flavour OR 5x 1 flavour, 5x 1 flavour, 5x 1 flavour) to make a case of 15.
If i go down the rekorderlig avenue, what would everyone recommend to be the best flavours?

I've got roughly 40 coming. I'm only thinking of 1 slab as I've already got bottles of Malibu, midori, southern comfort, jack Daniels and vodka stocked up + Plus beers. It will just be provided for the couple of people who drink cider. Don't see them drinking all 15 bottles!

Just give them strongbow sweet, its FREE cider FFS and if they dont like it there is a pub down the road and they can buy their own piss.
Strongbow draught /original has stood the test of time for me, always go back to it after 25 years or more of drinking.
I suggest monteiths, Rekorderlig can get too much (sickly sweet) if your drinking more than one bottle! But I suppose you want something nice to wash down all those shot shot shot shot shots!!!!!!!!!!! Ah I wish I was 21 again.
Never tried monteiths! What's the taste comparison? It'll be woman drinking the cider, which is why I thought if get a few different flavours!
Will be making 2 different shots in the shaker on the night too! Midori sorus and wet cats hahaha
Monteiths is great, on the pricey side but still cheaper than rekorderlig. Agree as well, rekorderlig way to sweet.
I'd recommend monteiths too!
But if you want something cheaper Fiveseeds are pretty good.

I saw these and thought of buying 2x 10 packs and then hesitated. Didn't know if I should stick to one flavour or have a broad range!

Tried their apple cider, tasted like fizzy apple juice! Haha I enjoyed it.
Yep, it's very tasty and not too sweet. In fact, I have some in the fridge, now that I come to think of it…
(Back when I had my 21st, pretty much the only cider you could get anywhere was Strongbow; "sweet, dry or draught")
Something non-alcoholic, and just watch how many people still get drunk…

5 seeds is my personal favourite not to expensive and the original flavour is nice
Ex bartender, and cider aficionado here.
What you seek (my young padawan) is the +46 Pear and/or Apple. $10 gets you 4x @ DM, so I'd recommend 2 or 3 packs of the pear, and another 2 of the apple for the party. Pleasant aroma (good for girlies and boyos), without being too sweet like the Rekorderligs. Light taste (drinking 2 won't make folks feel heavy), without the dry aftertaste of the cheapies (Bulmers/Strongbow/5Seeds).
The only other all-rounder I'd suggest for your crowd (unfortunately) isn't available at the moment, but, if any OzBargainers spot the Strongbow SUMMER RANGE in their travels- please let the rest of us know! Those guys did amazing things with strawberries, passionfruit, and mango a couple years back— so it's not like they don't know how, but it makes you wonder how/why they're satisfied pumping out sludge the rest 'o the time… That's no how you make porridge!
To answer your second, re Rekorderlig flavours appealing to most people? StrawLime, AppleBlack, and Pear.

Thanks for that. What i might do is buy just a bottle of each and get my sister to taste them, as she will be one of the people drinking them on the night.
Endless cider is pretty good.

How many people coming? Would imagine you may need more than one slab? If so you could look at a cheaper option?
