Simply fill in the form for your chance to win one of three Haigh's Centenary Teddy Hampers, filled with our limited edition Teddies and chocolates valued at $148 each.
The competition closes at 5pm (CDST) Friday 17th July, with the winners drawn at 9am, Monday 20th July and contacted by email.
