Please Help Me with Jetstars Price Beat Guarantee

I am looking at a flight with Tigerair from SYD to MEL on July 15, departing 20:25 for $65. Jetstar has the same flight with identical destinations, leaving 10 minutes later, for $85 as Economy Starter.

I have read Jetstars T&Cs for the price beat and tried to start a chat, but when I fill in the above mentioned details it just returns "Unfortunately your request does not meet Jetstar’s terms and conditions to be eligible for Price Beat Guarantee assessment."

Am I missing something there? Would appreciate some help from experienced users.

    Nope, both flights are going to Tullamarine. Whatever the reason is for not accepting my details in the form, I was able to start a chat with a rep on the website and the second person was happy to look further into it and actually accepted it. It worked! Thanks anyway.

      Hey it's probably too late but I just had a look at the tiger air flight and the price o got was $59 not $65, might be worth clearing your browser cookies to save a few extra dollars

        I saw that, it was $59 when choosing 1 adult and it said it would be the last seat for that price. 2 adults changed to $65 each. Anyway, booked with jetstar for $58.50 each after price beat :)
