Has anyone else had any experience with Gearbest? I have an order (Order No.:W1506141829343188), that has been 'processing' for 22 days. I have opened two tickets and received no reply. I was planning on waiting another few days before charging a reversal. Any help would be appreciated.

It was a Xiaomi Yi Sports Camera, along with a battery and protector case.
I avoid them at all cost. Dodgy.
I'd rather buy from banggood.

22 days is the norm, i usually get them in about a month, wait for a few days then open a ticket.
22 days is the 'norm' to process an order? As in, prior to shipping it out?
I been waiting a over a month for my Xiaomi powerbank, at least it was sent out from Sweden on 04 June.
When do you think I should raise an issue with them?
Have you received your powerbank? I purchased recently and just got dispatched notice today - from sweden surface mail as well. Wondering how long i should be waiting for it. looks like 2 months
update:
received a reply on 7/7/15. Was told it would be shipped out in 3-5 days. It has now been 7 days and they have told me it has been 'intercepted' (whatever that is supposed to mean) and will be sent out in 3-5 days.
I will be charging a reversal on my card / opening a ticket with Paypal.
Don't deal with this crap, just pay the extra $10-$15.

Yup 1 month for the VR headset thing to get off processing, raised a ticket and 24 hours later its been marked as sent. Wont be ordering from gearbest again.
They often don't have stock. Speak to the live chat, they'll usually respond when it ships or offer a refund.
