I did see a special the other day that had it at $110, but i'm thinking it may have not bene the most reliable :S
For $100? Good luck! I doubt it would be a brand name. I got some recently same specs but Kingston Branded for ~$150 on eBay.

Can you provide more information…? What year is your Mac Mini?
I paid $190 last year for 16GB for my Macbook Pro from CPL.
You could probably go a little under that but not much and I doubt you'd get 16GB for $100.
