How quickly are these eGift cards delivered when purchased thru Entertainment book ?

Don't know about Entertainment Book's one.

I bought WISH eGift card through Cashrewards, placed order in the morning, received eGift card in the afternoon. I'd say about 4 hours.

  Ambassador Card does offer Coles eGift card at 4% off, but it takes 2 working days to show up in email inbox.

Yes but the card is expensive to get and do they charge for paying with a credit card and for postage?

  Cos I'm on AGL gas & electricity, I use my AGLReward membership to access the Ambassador Card offers at no extra fee.
  
  For the 4% off Coles eGift card, the credit card surcharge already factored in, i.e. 5% discount - 1% credit card surcharge.
