Identifying features
The model number KAUSBXXADPC is marked on the body of the charger. The charger was sold on its own and with other equipment.
What are the defects?
The enclosures of the plug portion can separate allowing access to live parts.
What are the hazards?
Risk of Electric Shock.
Dates available for sale
5th November 2015 - 26th June 2015

I looked through the deals and couldn't find any that listed the charger on its own however the recall states that it may be the charger sold with other equipment. It doesn't specify what equipment it was sold with so I guess it's best to just check if you have bought anything from Kogan including any model of mobile phone or tablet that charges via USB.
