Remember the last two offers that amaysim offered? The free sim with 5gb, And the $1 for 5gb? Today I got charged the full amount although I have changed to NOT auto recharge, went into my account and realised Auto recharge was on??? Can i dispute this with my bank or call amaysim for refund?
Start a chat with them and they should oblige and cancel the plan and reverse the charge. The auto recharge setting flips back on every time you do a recharge so you cannot rely on it staying off from the last time.
had this happen to me - hadn't even opened the envelope, but was charged 30 days later for renewal.
opened live chat and they refunded it immediately.
couldn't believe they send out pre-activated SIM cards!
When I was with amaysim there was two auto recharge options in settings.
I spoke to. Them and they reversed the auto recharge for me. So give them a call.
