Air Compressor recommendations. Cleaning a 4x4 Electric Wheelchair

My son has acquired a 4x4 wheelchair for use on the beach and in the bush. It can't be hosed despite being mostly sealed as water could be forced into unsealed areas. Any recommendations on an air compressor that isn't too expensive that could do this job (and pump tyres of course). Would a small portable compressor with a tank hold enough air to clean the chair on site before loading for home? I'm a bit stumped on my options and the reviews I've seen rate most reasonably priced compressors poorly.

It occurred to me to try my leaf blower which actually works fairly well. Shame I didn't buy a battery operated one.
