GearBest Terrible Customer Service. How to Get The $50 Coupons after Signup ?

On their website, it says once you registered and subscribe, you will receive $50 vouchers. But I haven't received anything. I waited on the live Chat and spoke with Hetty and Angelia for about 4 hours. And it is still not resolved. They kept sending me pic with the popup message but no link.
They kept asking me to do the same thing and put me on long hold without telling me that she is going for coffee time. There is no customer service at all and really bad experience.

Anyone Knows How to Get The $50 Coupons after You Signup? Anyone know exactly how to get these coupons? Thanks.

  I'm pretty sure they email you some copons which add up to $50, for example $3 off this item, $2 off that item etc

      I believe to my inbox after I signed up, I don't think the coupons were anything to fuss over though

  Got mine..I have always had great service from Gearbest.My orders take a little while to arrive but that's on par with all the items I order from overseas.Overall very happy customer.

    She told me on the chat when she was back. I have screen shot and also sent that to Gearbest, but no reply at all.

  don't be fooled by ads for $xx off on chinese sites. they usually turn out to be $xx of a huge spend
