Need to Pay for Wheel Chair Service with Malaysia Airlines?

Do we have to pay for wheelchair service (at KUL when changing flights) when travelling with Malaysia Airlines from Asia to Melb?????

  No, I've never had to pay but you do have to pre-arrange the service with them.

    i called malaysian airlines and they have asked me to pay 20 AUD per wheel chair. Even though i told them before buying my tickets that my parents will be needing wheel chairs when changing flights at KUL.

        i would have done that, but my parents had to walk and they got so much tired. I would have paid when i bought ticket. I even got those tickets upgraded to Business class..
