To enter, Entrants must apply for a pet insurance quote, either online via the website http://www.rspcapetinsurance.org.au/ or over the phone via the RSPCA Pet Insurance Call Centre.
The Prize is cash to the value of $5,000. The prize will be paid in the name of the entrant by any means at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

Do you know at what point you are actually entered into the competition? I followed the quote process right to the payment screen and never saw any confirmation of entry.

Entered; I was quick to note they are quite aggressive with marketing, I actually have a pet and entered their details; then got a call not even 15min after submitting my quote - I just told them I was entering for the competition and they still wanted me to confirm my pets details (luckily I entered my actual pets details! Just a heads up for anyone populating with random information!)
