Virgin Active (fitness) centre opening @ Collins St on 30th & 31st of July. Been seeing people promoting it throughout the day and today were offered free water :) - it's free & it's healthy. what more do we ask for?

:-) I haven't opened the bottle yet… worth using it, get a sore throat and take a day off on Monday :D I've got a long weekend to plan now. and I can always use salt water to gargle and get rid of the throat irritation :)

Took one of these yesterday the water left a weird taste in my mouth and now I have a sore throat…coincidence I think not…even this close to exercise my body rebels.
