Windows 10 Free Right Now - Skip Waiting with This Legit Backdoor

Moved to Forum: Original Link

This is your chance to bug test for Micro$oft and experience the new easter egg which is Windows 10 new blue screen of death.

Microsoft’s gradual rollout of Windows 10 might mean you’re still waiting your turn to get your free upgrade—but you don’t actually have to be patient. You can skip the line (and escape automatic download woes) and cut straight to the good stuff.

How? By getting Windows 10 through the Media Creation Tool, which you can download from Microsoft’s website. It’s completely legal and legitimate, and doesn’t take much time at all. It also works whether you’ve already reserved a copy of Windows 10 or not.

  • Many thanks for posting this. Spent half a day trying to get it installing via windows update. It downloaded 6 times :/ Then tried this method, too easy.

However it is acting odd, has certainly breathed new life into a 4yr old i5 laptop. But for sone reason Edge is the only browser that works. No IE, Chrome or FF. Can't even re-install Chrome as the installer can't connect to the net. Weird. No av and firewall disabled

  • Working well for me, installed from USB method.

Couple of registry tweaks and a script to remove 'one drive' after install. Got rid of the search bar from the bottom, cleaned out the tiles etc etc… stripped out some crap and bobs ur uncle.

Just need to get used to a few things that are different from Win 7. All my programs transferred across and are running well including chrome.

  • I went back to installing Windows 8.1 Pro (fresh), but when I enter my license key, MS complained that the license key can only be used for upgrading to the "Media Centre" and cannot be used for installs. I don't have my original Windows 8.1 Pro key.

How do I find what my Win 8.1 Pro license key was, before I upgraded to the Media Centre pack?
I tried uninstalling Media pack, but I am still on the Media Centre license :-(

    Thanks

FYI by default Win 10 shares access to your Wi-Fi with your contacts (Wi-Fi sense)…

    • Completely false! You need to enable it (individually) for each network! It is NOT by default!

      • Despends which version of Windows you run. Home and I believe the other lowest version it is on by default.
