I'm interested Astro viewing, well basic at first, anyone recommend me a decent one under $150?

Isn't that really impractical? You can't hold bino's still and putting them in a tripod is going to be a bit uncomfortable unless your looking close to horizontal … (just to be clear I've no clue about what good options are but … in my imagination it's a terrible idea)
Might get this anyone used it before?
When does this end?
If you're new to astronomy my suggestion would be a good set of binoculars to start. Cheap telescopes can cause more frustration than good viewing and ruin any interest you have in stargazing.
