I can confirm this deal is for Game's physical stores as well, as I was instore yesterday and picked up a copy for the Xbox 360.

They offer free shipping too if you buy it online.

great price. EB games was still at $119 believe it or not- i told them that i can get it for $48 at GAME- their jaw dropped…
