Ok, before we start. I know that nobody knows if airfares will go up or down. I know that if I am happy with a price I should just pull the trigger etc
So, onto my question. My family and I are going to the US in November (thanks Qantas) but I am looking to travel back again in April 2016, around school holidays but planning to leave a week or so before they start.
I just missed the cheap American deal and have been looking into fares since then. For the 6 of us it's coming in at around $5500 direct with QF or DL. The adult fare is around $1150 an the kids slightly cheaper.
So my question. What are your thoughts on sale fares to LAX becoming available during April? If I can get the total to sub 5k that would be awesome, so I guess that's looking at adult fares around $1000.

So you can jump on the sale without having to check up all the time. best thing is you can set up multiple alerts for multiple dates.
