  • How thick is the material for reference?

    • Hey Markj, its a fine grade Merino so a lighter material, i would say it simliar to an icebreaker 150 - 190 Ultralight

Having bought these from their last deal, I'd say their quality isn't that great. After a couple of washes, they start to form tiny wool balls all over and it also shrinks. Be sure to buy a size larger if you decide to buy…

      Hey CharleLee,

I found the same with my first Merino v neck but I was throwing in with the rest of my laundry. Since i changed to hand-washing with a mild soap, i have found pilling has reduced considerably

      thanks

You're lucky, at least you got a couple of washes out of yours. Mine (3 out of 3) started to pill before the first wash.

Having said that, it didn't get much worst over time.

I'm also pretty gentle with my clothes. Never hand wash, but use the delicates bag in the Gentle Cycle of my Front Loader.

      • Same. Bought two last time. Worn each one maybe three times (over a cotton long sleeve top). One is holding up brilliantly, the other has the tiny wool balls all over the front. Still tempted to buy more as very comfortable and warm……

        • One of the guys at work recommend a "sweater stone" (http://www.sweaterstone.com/) for his wool stuff. Looks pretty interesting

can always raise a note with the DC staff to substitute some crackers for your future orders :)

  • I did, many thanks

  • Thinking of ordering one of these and also a park sherpa hoodie. Do you know if both these items are more of a slim/tailored fit? or is it like a regular/classic fit?

    • Hey Frogduck, the Sherpa is more of a regular fit since its lined and super warm

      thanks

      D

      • Thanks for the speedy reply D.

Does it still have a tapered style though? As in a bit more of a V than a straight down cut (not sure if my description is understandable)?

        • The Merino is more of a slim fit cut but not so tapered and the sherpas have an elastic band around the waist/hip but I will still classify it as a regular fit.

Also check the product videos, our models generally a size medium and 180 cm tall

          thanks

  • Bought the grey one a few weeks ago. Love it. Bargain @ $29.95
Might have to grab another one. Damn you for making me spend more $!

rock a different colour and style for different day of the week :)

  • Rep: whats the actual size of the XL or XXL? I purchased one the other day based on the size guide and it was way too big, had to return it.. the XXXL measures 62cm across from the armpits, thats a 124cm chest, however, the XXXL size guide was 112-116cm. I am a 115cm and like my jumpers reasonably fitted.

    • Hey Pdtang,

The Merino is more a slim fit, I would usually order a size up if if I am going to layer up (i.e t-shirt and button up shirt underneath). Though If you like a tighter fit than I would order true to size.
The size guide is a general reference for our departments, but for a 115cm I would go for a XXL if the XXXl was too big. Hit me up on PM and I can direct your sizing question to one of the buyers or customer service rep

      thanks

      D

  • Hey Rep!

I was wondering when will you be stocking up on Size S for the crew neck jumpers and cardigans?

  • +1

Any chance of getting charcoal crew jump in XS?

  • Rep what gives? I ordered 2 jumpers for AU$29.99 each yesterday, but now they've been reduced to NZ$29.99!

    • Hey GP, we made a $29.99 across our Merino range for AU and NZ. (AU won't incur a GST component)

      thanks
