ANZ to Pay Extra $500 in Super to Female Staff

Just saw this great deal that helps half of the Australian workforce so thought I would share.

Simply make sure you are a female, apply and secure a job at ANZ and you can get $500 per year contributed to your superannuation, for doing nothing!

Thanks to the wage gap myth and other women choosing to put in less hours at work in the past, this deal means that even if you don't choose to have a family you can still be the beneficiary of gender inequality.

  Why pay more super to women when you can just bump up their pay?

    Because logic = will help women become a higher percentage of CEO's and other high level roles.
