  • I just signed up with velox to connect my 1300 number, they were the cheapest I could find.

    • What you think of this one-https://console.simpletelecom.com.au/signup_1300_1800_numbers?product=light&type=1300

Also why did you sign uo with Velox

  • simpletelecom looks good, but velox have a $5 a month plan

    • mate so I got number on my business name, and at sign up page it says you contact details and on next page ROu holders name.

SO in my case both are different. What should i do?

      • I also got my number in my business name, I cant remember what I entered or where at the time, but I think the contact details is your name and the rou is your business name.

I do remember thinking if I stuff it up they can call me and sort it out, but it all worked perfect first time.

        • I've applied but no emails yet.

        • Takes about 24 hours, should get a 'smartnumber(s) are allocated to CSP'‏ email first. Then the welcome to Velox email will follow when its ready to go.

        • @t_c: I have joined the boat on your recommendation. But I went up with $35 plan as I am afraid of getting my first bill very high.
Now let me do a study of how many calls I receive and time duration. Then I will change my plan on its needs.

  • A phone call to any non-Telstra, non-Optus telco will get better rates than those offered by velox.
Source: I work for a telco and have seen the pricing we offer to small business.

    • i went with t_c's option. thanks anyway!
