Hey guys, been a reader for a while, first time posting a deal, so let me know if I've done anything wrong.

I was looking for some earphones, and deciding on the Xiaomi Piston 3's came across this deal and it seemed like a great price at $20.76 AUD and free shipping via registered air mail. Caveat though is that it comes in simpler packaging, not the original case (check the deal link for details).

Finally, I was debating buying these vs the Youth edition from this post: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/206838
But have read conflicting info regarding whether the cheaper "Youth" have the as good sound quality or not.

    Such good earphones!

    I'm using a pair right now, and they fit so well, and the sound is awesome!

    I have a set of Piston 2s as well, but the 3s just blow them out of the water :)

      These'll actually be my first IEMs after Sony Mdr-ex082/ex85SL which are supposedly stock earphones in some Sony products now, but were once upon a time near the $60 mark. I'm worried they won't be as good, but I guess there's only one way to find out haha

    Anybody know if fake Piston 3's exist? I bought a set in HK, they look and feel great but sound a little hollow compared to my UE400. I can only find online comparisons for fake vs real Piston 2 but not 3's.
