Anyone Know of Any Decent Free Subscriptions That Libraries in Sydney Offer?

Does anyone know if any libraries in Sydney offer good free subscription?

I'm thinking about Lynda, Treehouse or other stuff of that quality.

I know Chatswood Library offers Mango Languages.
