get a standard 30 optus sim card pack from coles(they don't have nano), called customer services and they said i can get it replace by a nano sim by visit any optus yes store but then hursvile yes store refused to change it for me.

Walk into a store and ask for a new sim card because you need a different size.
I've done this twice in the past month and they just gave me a new card and activated it for me. No charge and no questions asked other than what size I wanted.
then after activated, just call customer services to transfer to 30 credit from my 30 dollar starter pack?
They do it all in store.
You'd activate the original SIM, and they'll assign the new size sim to your account. So nothing to transfer.

Easiest way is to go into a store, ask them for a blank SIM in your required form factor, then call Optus and ask them to move your service onto the new SIM (they'll ask you to read out the number over the phone).
The people in the stores should be able to do it, but on the phone it will take about a 2 minute call.
