    Afterwards I realized that the Flying Spaghetti Monster is a valid religion so why not.

      if you call them back quickly on there 1800 number as i did they will refund 3 to 5 days later :-). I agree 1click is not very nice and tricks people into to buy books when all you want to do is find out more

          To remove a credit card in Your Account (http://www.amazon.com.au/your-account), click "Manage Payment Options" in the Payment section, then click the "Delete" button next to the card you wish to remove.

          All of our credit card information is stored on a secure, dedicated database. When we get payment information during an order, the card information is sent to this database and is only retrieved to charge your account. It's not stored anywhere else, and access to this database is highly restricted.

    Erika Mitchell has a lot to answer for. Perhaps the books need imbeded video of the story line. Now that would be a marketing idea .
